In Greece

It’s been some days since I arrived back home from Trikala. After some rest, I decided to host the dissemination activities with some friends of mine. In order to be on theme with the project, I decided to make the dissemination virtual, hosted on Google Meet.

Some days before the dissemination evening, I started preparing for the Google Meet, the Kahoot quiz and also the energizer. I made sure all the participants had all the links, passwords and information needed.

The dissemination is tonight, at 8 pm. The participants log in and at around 8:15, we officially begin.

We start with the counting energizer, where someone starts with the number 1 and all the other people have to continue counting up without repeating a number or taking more than one turn. This part goes surprisingly well and after around ten minutes, we continue with the main theme of the dissemination.
During this time, a brief summary of the project is shown via PowerPoint. The type of mobility, the objectives, the topics, the lessons we had, the programmes we used etc. There were also some more theoretical parts, where there was a more in-depth analysis of topics like social media and remote youth work. A brief presentation of the Erasmus+ opportunities and projects is also included and with that, the main point of the dissemination is done.

It’s now time for a quick Kahoot quiz. After everybody is logged in, the 15-question quiz starts. The questions range from the basic, like what type of project this was and what were the main themes, to the more specific, like what are the most commonly used apps for remote work and what are the main benefits of them. We have a winner and just like that, we continue with the last part of this evening.

We spent the next 15 minutes talking, answering questions and explaining a little more about the topics and Erasmus+. Everyone seems satisfied and this is how the dissemination evening, successfully ends.

I had a wonderful time in Trikala, learning about things I’ll need in my work and meeting new people. Thank you for this opportunity.
